Eucharist for Children
Eucharist or Holy Communion
The Eucharist is our connection between Chrst and in his Church. It is in it that 3we experience the great joy of his ever living presence and the fullfillment of his promise that "I am with you always, until the end of the age (Matthew 28: 20)

A child’s first communion or reception of the Sacrament of the Eucharist normally takes place in the year in which the child reaches the age of 8 - or later.
In preparation for the program there will also be a preparation for parents and children as well as regularly scheduled religious sessions through our CCD Program
Communion at Home
If you are sick or housebound, you may feel cut off from the spiritual life of the Church, especially from the Mass. Receiving Holy Communion keeps you ‘in communion’ with Christ and the Church at these times. Holy Communion can be brought to you at home by the parish priest or by a lay minister of Holy Communion.
